PaySound® vs Walmart/AMEX Bluebird and SERVE

American Express and Walmart have now partnered to offer both Bluebird and SERVE, AMEX’s proprietary prepaid card, through Walmart stores touting no overdraft fees ever and spending control.  American Express also offers SERVE through 7-11 stores and CVS.

It is time now for FIs to offer PaySound^® with “no overdraft fees ever,” spending control and a no-credit-check line of credit, and the PaySound^® companion card.
