Study Shows Key Strategy for Banks to Win Millennials

The American Banker today reports on a great study on how banks can best serve Millennials.  The key finding of the study is that while Millennials are using many payment alternatives and banks perceive technology challenges in serving them, these heavy debit card users actually leave banks most frequently because of bad fee expenses.
