We have been making the point this year that overdraft fees are going to be challenged by additional rule making by the CFPB.  This is our third post meant as another wake up call to begin planning your response now!  The American Banker reports this growing effort in Bankers, Taking Hint from Regulators, Overhaul Overdrafts.  Far too many are just proceeding with the status quo as these major forces are clearly taking shape.
